Controlled thermal contrast plus muscle stimulation
Our body contouring sessions use the Smart Cryo system. A handheld applicator is moved across the selected area to deliver controlled cooling and warming, rather than leaving a suction-based freezing applicator attached to the body.

Is this the same as CoolSculpting?
No. Smart Cryo uses a handheld applicator and controlled thermal treatment rather than suction-based freezing applicators left on the body. The systems use different approaches and should not be confused.
Does it hurt?
Sensations vary with the area and settings. You may feel temperature changes, pressure from the applicator and muscle contractions when EMS is used.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the area, your goals and your response. Many clients start with a package, and your plan is discussed at consultation.
Is there downtime?
