Olivia Capasso leads web development and digital experience for PRIMAL Integrative Health Group. She is responsible for how the PRIMAL family of brands comes together online: one website, five clinical divisions, and a clear, consistent experience for every visitor.
Whether someone arrives looking for adult integrative care, pediatrics, performance, vitality or aesthetics, her goal is the same: make care easy to understand and appointments easy to request.

Olivia oversees the structure, build and day-to-day quality of primalihealth.com. Her work covers website architecture, WordPress and Elementor implementation, responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile, PRIMAL brand integration, and technical coordination with the PRIMAL leadership team.
In October 2026 she led the consolidation of the PRIMAL brands onto a single website. PRIMAL Vitality, PRIMAL Performance and PRIMAL Aesthetics moved first, followed by Primal Integrative Health and PRIMAL Pediatrics, each with its own navigation, team directory and services, all sharing one set of full team biographies, one Articles library and one approved footer.
Her approach is simple: preserve what is already approved, change only what has been authorized, and verify every change on the live site before calling it done.
